Incredible holiday home with pool in Can Pastilla, Palma. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, large terraces, a swimming pool, and a garage for 2 cars. It is just a 10-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute drive from the airport. Ideal for a family holiday! Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, high-speed internet (fiber optic), and a barbecue. A baby cot and high chair are included. Smoke detectors are provided for your safety.

Purobeach (a beach club by the sea) is located very close to the house, less than a 5-minute walk away.

You can take a bus (line A2) from the airport. The journey is very short, less than 20 minutes. The center of Palma is also accessible by bus, and the journey takes approximately 15 minutes. Please note that we do not accept group bookings from children under 23 years old.

The ecotax is not included in the price and amounts to €2.2 per person per night (adults only). We encourage our guests to use electricity responsibly, which is why we add the first 150 kW of consumption free of charge. The additional consumption is calculated at €0.2 x kWh/h.

Parties or loud music are NOT allowed, especially at night. Please respect the rest of your neighbors. Smoking is prohibited.
